In our continuous effort to enhance your gaming experience, we have decided to migrate all game data from Chafgames to the official Dark and Darker platform (Blacksmith). This move is aimed at unifying the gaming environment and offering a superior experience to all our valued players.

Why Migrate?

Our decision to migrate the game data to IRONMACE is driven by our commitment to provide the best possible gaming experience. By bringing all data under the IRONMACE umbrella, we can offer a more streamlined and efficient service that aligns with our vision for the future of Dark and Darker.

What is Being Migrated?

Every piece of your cherished game data is being carefully and securely transferred to Blacksmith. This includes all game progress, character information, in-game purchases, and any other data that contributes to your Dark and Darker experience. Our priority is to ensure that this transition is smooth, and that no data is lost, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Your Action Required:

To ensure a smooth transition, we need your consent for the data migration. Please visit the Dark and Darker game page on Chafgames and start the migration process to ensure uninterrupted access to your account on Blacksmith.

Migration Process

We understand that change, even when beneficial, can be daunting. That's why we've made the migration process as seamless as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Step 1

Log in with your ID with Dark and Darker on Chafgames.

Step 2

Continue to the Dark and Darker game page on the app.

Step 3

Find the "Migrate" button where you often see the “Play Now!” button.

Step 4

Read the context carefully and select the preferred option on the modal.

Step 5

- Please read the information carefully and be assured of the information on the page.

- Please convert the remaining ChafCash to Redstone as you migrate your account.

- Select the “Migrate” button and complete the migration agreement process.

Step 6

Copy the following migration key and continue the migration process on the IRONMACE’s site.

Timeline

The migration process is scheduled to begin on 3/4/2024 and the end date is TBD.

Prefer to Opt-Out?

If you decide against migrating your data and wish to discontinue using our services, you may “Delete Your Account”. Be advised, this action will permanently erase your account data, including game progress and purchases.

Refund Policy Update:

  • Players who have played for under 2 hours and whose purchase was made within the last 90 days are eligible for a refund, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. For details on how to request a refund, please visit https://help.chafgames.com and click on the 1:1 chat located in the bottom right corner.

  • It's important to note that players who have played for more than 2 hours or choose to migrate will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Upon the successful completion of the migration process, we will be unable to process any refunds under any circumstances.

FAQ

When I type in my migration code on IRONMACE's website, I get a message that says, "Transfer is not possible to an account with payment records."

What should I do?

Answer: You have two ways to resolve this issue.

  1. You can delete your original IRONMACE account and wait for 7 days until it is permanently deleted. And then, you can create an account with the same email ID to complete the migration process.

  2. You can simply create a new account with a different email ID and complete the migration process.
